What Can I Expect?
The Smurf Experience USA: an indoor adventure land through the magical world of the Smurfs. Transform yourself into a Smurf and help us save the planet from the evil Gargamel. Navigate obstacle courses, complete scavenger hunts, escape Gargamel's trap, and recite the magical spell to destroy his evil machine - then take a virtual reality flight home to Smurf Village on the back of a stork.

How long does the experience last?
Guests can plan to spend approximately 75 minutes in the attraction, with each room taking up to 15 minutes to enjoy. Your Guest Experience team will be there to help guide you through!

Is the Experience suitable for young children?
Yes, the Experience is designed to be enjoyed by all ages! Children under 1 can enjoy for free - all other ages must present a valid ticket.

Can I bring a stroller?
Unfortunately, strollers are not permitted at this event. We appreciate your understanding and recommend making alternative arrangements if you're attending with young children.

Can I bring an animal?
Pets are not allowed in the Experience, but we welcome guide dogs.

What is your bag policy?
Bags larger than a purse or fanny pack are not allowed. Please plan accordingly, and thank you for helping us keep the event safe and comfortable for everyone!

Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! Exclusive Smurf-themed merchandise will be available on-site. There is no online store, so be sure to grab your favorite souvenirs during your visit!

Is the exhibit handicap accessible?
Yes! The Smurf Experience USA is fully handicap accessible. Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchairs or other mobility devices available for rent.

Can I take photos and video?
Absolutely! We encourage you to capture your Smurfy adventure, but please avoid flash photography as it may disrupt other guests and the immersive effects.

What payment methods are accepted?
The exhibit accepts all major credit cards and mobile payment options. Cash is not accepted.

Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available exclusively on our website or in person at our box office. We recommend purchasing in advance, as time slots may sell out. Buying in person may result in limited availability, meaning you might not get the best time slot that works for you.
Additionally, purchasing online saves you up to 10% per ticket, making it the best option for securing your preferred time at the best price!

Does everyone need a ticket?
Everyone over the age of 1 must present a valid ticket for entry to the Smurf Experience.

Not required, but highly recommended! Purchasing online ahead of time guarantees your preferred time slot and includes up to 10% off.

How much are tickets?
Regular tickets are $29.99 in person and $32.99 online. VIP tickets start at 39.99 online and $42.99 in-person. Purchasing online guarantees your preferred time slot and saves you up to 10% per ticket!

What comes with my VIP Ticket?
VIP Tickets include express entry, allowing you to skip the regular lines for faster access, exclusive VIP Smurf merchandise, a digital photo to commemorate your experience, and the ability to change your ticket time.

Do I have to print my tickets?
No, tickets are digital and can be delivered via text or email. You can also use your mobile app to access your ticket. However, if you prefer, you can print your ticket as well.

Can I come at any time?
No, tickets must be used for the specified day and time slot at the time of purchase. If you purchased a VIP ticket, you are able to change the date and time of your ticket - just click here and fill out the form!
Please note our last daily entry is at 7:00pm, and we close at 8:30pm!

What if I am running late?
Our team will do their best to accommodate you. However, please note that our last entry time is 7:00pm. If you will be later than that, and are a VIP ticket holder, please contact us here to reschedule.

Can I reschedule or change my ticket?
If you purchased VIP tickets, you are able to reschedule your tickets as many times as you would like! Please fill out this form, and our team will be in touch! Please note that we require at least 24-hours notice to make changes!
Regular tickets cannot be rescheduled. -
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets via your ShowClix Account. If you need assistance, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your ticket date and make sure to include your order number.

What is your refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. Terms and conditions are agreed upon before purchase and can be viewed on your ticket receipt. Please reach out to hello@smurfexperienceusa.com if you feel there are special circumstances that warrant a refund.

Where are you located?
The Smurf Experience USA is located at Esports Stadium Arlington. For the easiest entry, please come through the building's North Entrance.

Where can I park?
There is parking available on-site on the west side of the building. Please note that there is a $10 fee for parking at this facility.
